Phosphating agent is designed to supply phosphates in-process materials such as juices, honey, and liqueurs. It is used in the clarification of liquid, molasses, and liquors. Its formulation allows replacing phosphoric acid providing improvements in the clarification variables. It has a buffer effect that helps to reduce the consumption of lime.
